A new approach to help you ‘live life light’ in body, mind and spirit.
Light Life Living
Light Life Living is a new programme, created by Sue Hughes and Emma Watson, designed to help you as you learn to move towards a healthier and more authentic version of yourself.
Our first live, online programme ran from September to December 2019. If you are interested in joining our next course, do visit our website, lightlifeliving.com, where you can access our videos and newsletters. You can also sign up for our regular newsletter. The website contains an “FAQ” section, and links to our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Feedback from one of our first course attendees:-
“I am so impressed by the quality of the course Emma and Sue have designed. The content was valuable, the tool of “tapping” accessible and effective. As well their support for us in our desire for awareness and change was palpable. It is obvious they have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share and a desire to help others struggling with food addiction, self-love and body image issues. I know their next course will be even better and I have no hesitation in recommending the Light Life Living course to anyone wanting to forever change their relationship with themselves and how best to nurture ourselves in a loving and supportive way.”
Our next programme will start on 3rd February 2020.
Numbers will be strictly limited, so please register your interest as soon as possible by going to our website, lightlifeliving.com. There will be some extra bonuses for those signing up for our Earlybird rate (finishing 17th January 2020).
Our guiding philosophy:
Our aim is to provide an intensive online programme working with people who have weight/body image issues that have not been responsive to traditional diet or exercise programmes. Our goal is to facilitate the beginning of healing to these issues as deeply and thoroughly as possible, by addressing the emotional aspects of weight issues, as well as the behaviours and thought patterns that are associated with these. Self acceptance and the healing of self hatred and self sabotage are key in our approach. Our interest in this area is not theoretical but was borne out of our own personal struggles – some still ongoing – and subsequent healing.
